Yoga at The Barton

After living in the foothills of the Himalayas, I am now temporarily resident at The Barton.

I am trained in ancient Himalayan traditions of Hatha Yoga, Meditation, Kriya (evolutionary action) and Breathwork and I am offering classes to guests.

These classes are fully accessible to all levels of yogis and are a perfect way to find inner peace on your holiday.

Breathwork & Kriya

A short set of breathwork and kriyas to energize your body or de-stress your nervous system.

Two differing sets are on offer:
Energizing Set: Usually practiced in the morning, we practice breathwork and movements to awaken and warm the body.
Relaxing Set: A practice to help relieve anxiety and stress through meditative breathing.

30 mins – £4 per person

Hatha Yoga

A class focusing on breath, postures and flow.

Accessible for all levels.

Themes will change depending on the day and/or any special requests.

1 hour – £8 per person

Yoga Journey

An integrated practice consisting of all aspects of the practice: Breathwork, Kriya, Postures and Meditation.

Accessible for all levels.

Three different Journeys are available:
Blissful Flow: A slow flow to relax the mind and revive the soul.
Freedom Flow: An active class full of activating breathwork, postures and kriyas.
Into the Cosmos: A mindful class with heart-opening postures.
