Yoga at The Barton

After living in the foothills of the Himalayas, I am now temporarily resident at The Barton.
I am trained in ancient Himalayan traditions of Hatha Yoga, Meditation and Breathwork and I am offering classes to you as guests of the cottages.

Hatha Yoga

A class focusing on breath, postures and flow, designed to gently nourish the body and the mind.

Themes will revolve around relaxation of the body, however if you have any special requests please don’t hesitate to ask.

1 hour – £8 per person

Breathe Easy

A short set of practices centered around the breath to help you relax and reset on your holiday.

Every practice is catered towards you, and are designed with gentle movements when sitting or standing.

30 mins – £4 per person
