There are two places where I host my classes.

I will be primarily teaching classes over Zoom for people who do not live locally and for those that prefer to practice from the comfort of their own home.
When signing up for a class, please choose the ‘Via Zoom’ option.
All Zoom links will be sent to you after confirmation of sign-up.

I am currently resident at The Barton Poughill in Devon, and I have access to a space in The Granary to host up to 5 people per class.
If you are local and prefer to practice without a computer screen in the way, please choose the ‘In-Person’ option.
As a special bonus for attending in person, I am also offering tea, coffee, a sweet treat and conversation after class!

Peaceful Warrior – A Breath Practice
Sunday 20th December – 3pm GMT

We will explore our inner energy, our chi, through breathwork inspired by Tai Chi, and powerful kriyas called warrior breaths.
Not only will we balance our calming and active energy, these breath practices are extremely beneficial towards reducing stress and keeping the respiratory system healthy and happy.
Our ultimate intention is to learn that our inner warrior is found through strength and through softness.
